Terms & Conditions

• Classes that are cancelled due to circumstances outwith teachers control will be rescheduled or refunded. 
• Classes missed due to personal circumstances will not be refunded.
• Children who are seen to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour will be removed from our programme.
• A 2 week notice period is required if you wish to remove your child from the programme.
• You must declare if you want your child to be photographed or not during registration and update us if this changes. 
• You must declare any medical issues your child has during registration and update us via email if anything changes regarding the child’s health. 
• Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been made. 
• Long hair should be tied up for class and all jewellery should be removed for safety. 
• Children should be dressed in appropriate dance/sports wear for each class.
