A dynamic class designed to build strong foundations in dance technique while developing strength, control, coordination, musicality, and confidence. Classes focus on refining movement quality, improving alignment and flexibility, and developing a deeper understanding of technique through exercises, across-the-floor work, and choreography.
Suitable for dancers looking to strengthen their technical ability, challenge themselves, and become more confident and expressive in their movement. Expect a focused but encouraging environment where dancers can learn, progress, and enjoy the process. This class is highly recommended to all our competitive dancers.
